EōS Fitness Expands in Texas with New Locations in Houston and Dallas
EōS Fitness has announced the signing of three new long-term retail leases in Texas, expanding its footprint in the Houston and Dallas metro areas.
In Houston, the fitness company will open its first Texas City location at 3721 Gulf Freeway. The brand-new, 40,000-square-foot gym is expected to open in 2027 and will serve the growing residential community of Lago Mar. The lease was facilitated by NewQuest Properties.
Also in the Houston area, EōS will open a new 40,000-square-foot gym at Texas Heritage Marketplace in Katy. Set to open in 2027, the fitness center will join established retailers including Target and Lowe’s. NewQuest Properties also brokered this transaction.
In the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, EōS Fitness has leased a 45,000-square-foot space at 6101 K Avenue in Plano, taking over the former LA Fitness site. Scheduled to open in 2027, the facility will serve as the anchor tenant at Spring Creek Plaza. Segovia Partners represented EōS Fitness in the lease deal, while Rosebriar Properties represented the landlord.
These strategic expansions mark a significant step for EōS Fitness as it brings its signature wellness experience to more communities in Texas.
