Entre Commercial Realty Completes 56K-SF Sale in Elk Grove Village
Entre Commercial Realty’s team of Brad Bullington and Ian Pattison recently assisted a client in acquiring their third property in the heart of the O’Hare industrial market.
The client, a well-established machine shop, had a range of specific operational requirements that eliminated many available options in the market. Entre successfully identified and negotiated a deal for the property located at 144-160 N. Lively in Elk Grove Village. The facility stood out in a competitive market due to its frontage along I-90, outdoor storage capabilities, and plans for a future parking lot replacement.
In this transaction, Entre’s Brad Bullington and Ian Pattison represented the buyer, while Matthews Real Estate represented the seller.
