KSI Auto Parts Leases Entire Building at Airport Corporate Center in Detroit
Opus has announced that KSI Auto Parts has signed a lease for the entire 100,456 square feet of Building A at the Airport Corporate Center in Romulus, Michigan. The two-building industrial development is located at 33200 Smith Road.
“KSI has a small shipping center in the Detroit area, but this will be their first full inventory distribution center here, which will allow them to deliver faster service to their customers throughout Michigan,” said Mike Robinson, Vice President of Real Estate Development at Opus.
Building B at the Airport Corporate Center remains available for lease and is currently being marketed by Sean Cavanaugh and Dave MacDonald of JLL. Opus served as developer, design-builder, architect, and structural engineer of record for the project.
Strategically located, the Airport Corporate Center sits just one mile from Interstate 94, three miles from Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport, and 20 miles from downtown Detroit. The 22.7-acre development offers convenient access to restaurants, hotels, gas stations, and various logistics and corporate facilities.
