Topgolf is preparing to unveil its newest facility in Memphis this weekend, located at 3450 S. Germantown Road. The highly anticipated opening will bring 400 job opportunities for positions ranging from bay hosts to bartenders and “ball picker-upper people.” Construction on the state-of-the-art Topgolf complex began last December with a budget of $16.5 million.
Featuring two floors and a total of 72 driving bays, the facility offers climate-controlled spaces equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for chilly winter months. But it’s not just about golf – visitors can also enjoy a full-service restaurant, an impressive 28-foot video wall, rooftop terrace, over 200 HDTVs playing music videos and year-round family-friendly events.
This marks Topgolf’s fourth location in Tennessee and its overall outdoor franchise number reaches an impressive count of 83 locations nationwide. In addition to providing endless entertainment options for locals and tourists alike, the new site is expected to contribute significantly by adding $1 million annually in local tax revenue.
