**Green Point Development Launches El Paso SkyPark Industrial Hub**
Green Point Development is leading the development of SkyPark, a major industrial project comprising 635,000 square feet of warehouse space across 200 acres at El Paso International Airport. This initiative marks the first industrial park constructed on airport land since the 1970s.
SkyPark is a public–private partnership aimed at transforming city-owned land into a center for logistics, manufacturing, and innovation. The first phase of construction will feature two warehouses: a 443,975-square-foot cross-dock facility and a 192,490-square-foot rear-loading building.
The project will be built in four phases, ultimately delivering over 3 million square feet of industrial space on airport property. Upon completion, SkyPark is expected to generate more than 2,100 direct jobs, bolstering the local economy. Construction is slated to begin in summer 2025.
CBRE’s Christian Giese and Chad McCleskey are overseeing the marketing efforts for the property.
