Construction is currently underway at The Landings at River North, a mixed-use development located on the East Bank in Nashville. Developed by MRP Realty, this $220 million project will transform a former railyard into a vibrant community featuring four buildings – two residential, one office and one retail and restaurant building.
The first phase of the development will include 75,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and 80,000 square feet of office space. This prime location shares a border with Oracle Corp.’s future $1.2 billion campus and is within walking distance to both the Metro’s East Bank initiative and the future $2.1 billion Titans stadium.
Residents can look forward to modern amenities such as studios, one- or two-bedroom apartments as well as access to an onsite gym, pool decks and coworking spaces in Oxbow and Wayward – the two residential buildings named after their unique design elements.
Anticipated completion for both retail/restaurant building along with office building are set for spring next year making it an exciting addition to Nashville’s bustling landscape.
