A new “dual branded” project is coming to downtown Las Vegas, with AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park set to open in late 2025. The development, led by Jackson-Shaw, will feature two hotels connected under one roof and bring 150 full-time jobs to the local market. Spanning five stories and 261,530 square feet, the project will add a total of 441 rooms.

Located between the World Market Center and Smith Center for the Performing Arts, this development is just one of several new projects in Symphony Park. Recently released photos showcase plans for Cello Tower – a residential high-rise – adding even more excitement to this bustling area.

Downtown Las Vegas has seen a resurgence in foot traffic post-pandemic and continues to lead other metro cores across the country. With its prime location and growing developments like these dual-branded hotels, it’s no wonder why downtown Las Vegas remains an attractive destination for both visitors and locals alike.
