Banyan Street Capital is looking to construct two apartment buildings on a parking lot it owns, but first needs approval from the Doral City Council. The proposed development will be located at 8750 NW 36th Street, adjacent to the Trump National Doral Miami Resort.

Known as Doral Center, the current site consists of two office buildings and a parking garage spanning over 295,134 square feet. These structures were built in 1985 and 1990. According to reports from South Florida Business Journal, Banyan plans to build an additional 330 apartments along with approximately 50,866 square feet of office space and another 4,200 square feet for retail or restaurants. The property was purchased for $43 million in early2020.

The project has been designed by Pascual,Perez,Kiliddjian Starr & Associates based in Doral.
