**DLC Breaks Ground on New Nordstrom Rack at Plymouth’s Colony Place**
DLC has officially broken ground on a new 27,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The store will be located at Colony Place, a prominent shopping center in the region. The project is a collaborative effort under DLC’s vertically integrated platform, which includes Renovo Construction and NWS Architects.
This development follows DLC’s acquisition of Colony Place for $86 million in an off-market transaction completed in June 2024. The deal marked DLC’s entry into the Boston metropolitan area, adding to its growing portfolio across the Northeast, including properties in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine.
The addition of Nordstrom Rack represents continued growth for the retailer within the Plymouth-Boston community. The store is set to join a lineup of specialty retailers at Colony Place, including Aldi, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, J.Crew, Talbots, and DSW.
Located at 174 Colony Place near the intersection of two major highways, Colony Place is currently more than 90% leased, further underscoring its position as a key retail destination in the area.
