Lee & Associates of Illinois recently announced the promotion of three Chicago-based brokerage professionals within its industrial and office platforms.
Andrew Block has been promoted to executive vice president after seven years with Lee & Associates. He specializes in assisting businesses with property sales, real estate purchases, new lease transactions, and lease renewals in the west suburban marketplace. Additionally, he has experience representing companies on build-to-suit projects and negotiating construction contracts for building expansions.
Carole Caveney has been promoted to senior vice president since joining Lee & Associates in 2020. She serves clients primarily in the South and Southwest Cook area as well as the East/West Corridor. Her expertise lies in leasing and disposition of office, commercial properties, land sites for both tenants and buyers.
Dylan Maher also received a promotion to senior vice president after joining Lee & Associates last year. His focus is on industrial leasing/sales within South Chicago’s I-55 Corridor market areas while utilizing his extensive network to facilitate transactions for private companies, financial institutions investors ,and developers.
Kiser Group welcomed Danny Logarakis as Senior Director following his recent promotion from CBRE veteran status .Logarakis focuses on multifamily markets located throughout far North Side neighborhoods helping clients achieve their real estate goals by closing notable sales such as a $7 million transaction Edgewater sale or $9 million Rogers Park deal along with several other successful closings during 2022 .

Colliers facilitated the sale of The Green on Meridian -a two-building medical office portfolio comprising 58,158 square feet-located Indianapolis suburb Carmel .The sales price was undisclosed but Alex Cantu ,Alex Davenport and Bryce Wetzel represented seller NAYA Investment & Management while buyer remained private investor .
