JLL has secured a $28 million loan for the refinancing of The Landing at Augusta Woods, a 148-unit senior housing community located in Spring. The community features a 120-unit apartment-style complex that offers independent living, assisted living and memory care services. Additionally, there are plans to construct 28 duplex-style cottage units for independent living.
Alpine Start Development is currently building Range West apartments on an 11-acre site north of Fort Worth. This project will consist of 261 units and is expected to be completed by mid-2025. Amenities at the complex will include a resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball court and dog park. A portion of the units will be designated as income-restricted rentals.
A new industrial business park spanning over half-a-million square feet is set to break ground in Southlake next year off Ira Woods Ave., with an estimated cost of $38 million for four buildings. Construction on the first building will begin in March with completion expected by late-2024.The developer behind this project is Constellation Real Estate Partners.
