The iconic Cherry Cricket restaurant in Denver, which has been a staple since 1945, will remain intact as Alpine Investments plans to construct around it. The developers purchased the half-acre site between the Cherry Cricket and Clayton Hotel & Members Club for $25 million. Their proposal includes an eight-story building with office and retail space, replacing a nearby tailor shop and bar.

In addition to this project, Alpine Investments is also collaborating with Revesco Properties on other developments such as a 12-story multifamily complex in Golden Triangle and an 84-unit mixed-use project on Tennyson Street. These recent ventures showcase their commitment to revitalizing Denver’s real estate market.
