This Class-AA office building stands at 19 stories tall and boasts a total of 422,109 square feet. Located at 5525 Granite Parkway, it is the seventh addition to Granite’s expansive mixed-use development spanning over 90 acres.
Designed by BOKA Powell with interiors by HKS Architects, this state-of-the-art building was constructed by general contractor Austin Commercial starting in December of last year. Despite challenges posed by the pandemic, construction remained on schedule with topping out completed in October of this year. The amenities offered at Granite Park include a six-story parking garage equipped with EV charging stations, a market cafe for convenient dining options for tenants and visitors alike,a spacious lecture hall accommodating up to150 people,and an on-site fitness center.
