Colliers has arranged the second lease at TRITEC Real Estate Company’s Station Yards mixed-use project in Ronkonkoma, NY. VESPA Italian Kitchen & Bar signed a 5,940 square feet lease at the development. A Colliers team led by VP Maria Valanzano and Steven D’Orazio with associate VP Jake Horowitz represented both landlord and tenant.
Station Yards is a billion-dollar housing-retail-office project also known as the Ronkonkoma Hub which will consist of 1,450 apartments, 360,000 square feet of office space and 60,000 square feet of community and hospitality space in addition to 195,000 sq ft retail area.
