Atlanta Motorsports Park is looking to rezone part of its 150-acre property in Dawsonville, GA to add residential units and commercial space. The facility, located at 20 Duck Thurmond Road, features a two-mile Formula 1-style track and a karting track where guests can race high performance cars and motorcycles. It hosts various events throughout the year.

A rezoning request has been submitted for 291 condo units plus almost 55,000 square feet of commercial space. This proposal requires an application be filed with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs due to potential regional impact it may have on the area.

The plans include condos ranging from $342K – $500K as well as 46 “race cottages” along with an underground gun club and Fuel Kitchen – a brewery/distillery/restaurant hybrid concept all in one location . If approved by 2030 this project will be completed by then .
