A new six-story apartment complex is in the works just two blocks west of the Big Easy Casino in Hallandale Beach. According to reports from the South Florida Business Journal, SAG Development has submitted a site plan for their Green House apartments on a 1.49-acre parcel at 219 Pembroke Road. The estimated cost for this project is $20 million.

The development will span over 91,940 square feet and include 74 modern apartments, as well as retail space totaling approximately 7,571 square feet. With ample parking options available with an impressive total of 175 spaces on-site, residents can also enjoy amenities such as a pool and spacious amenity room located on the third floor.

Apartment sizes will range from cozy studios at around500 square feet to more spacious three-bedroom units measuring up to1,540 square feet.The project includes12 studio apartments ,30 one-bedroom units ,28 two-bedroom residences,and four three-bedroom homes.

Leading architectural firm Synalovski Romanik Saye has been tapped for this exciting new development which was acquired by SAG Development earlier this yearfor $1.43 millionin January.With its prime location and impressive features,the Green House Apartments are set to be highly sought after rental units in Hallandale Beach.
