Dermody Acquires LogistiCenter at Clackamas in Oregon
Dermody has announced the acquisition and planned development of LogistiCenter at Clackamas, located in Clackamas, Oregon. This marks the first industrial development exceeding 100,000 square feet in the area in over five years. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
The project is being marketed by Kidder Matthews brokers Scott Murphy (Executive Vice President), Tom Talbot (Executive Vice President), and John Hallman (Vice President). Dermody’s Northwest Region includes five states, with a strategic focus on industrial real estate in the Seattle and Portland markets.
LogistiCenter at Clackamas will offer 248,532 square feet of divisible industrial space designed to accommodate multiple tenants. Key features of the facility include 36-foot clear height, 52’ x 50’ column spacing, LED lighting, full site circulation, and ample trailer parking.
“The property is conveniently located less than three miles from Interstate 205 and has strong connectivity to Interstate 5, downtown Portland, the City of Vancouver, and the Ports of Vancouver and Portland,” said Ben Seeger, Northwest Region Partner at Dermody.
