CMK has invested over $15 million in land along Stout Street between 22nd Street and Park Avenue West. The company recently filed its site development plans with the City of Denver for a 25-story rental community that will span an entire city block in Denver’s Stadium District. Demolition of existing structures began last month.

The project, according to the Denver Business Journal, will include three towers on a shared two-story podium and occupy nearly one million square feet of living space. Plans indicate 886 dwelling units within the building as well as 558 parking spaces across four levels underground and one level above ground floor lobby/retail areas.

Third level amenities are abundant, featuring a pool deck between first and second tower; an amenity deck between second and third tower; pool area; outdoor lounge seating area with fire pit; fitness center overlooking pool decking area; yoga studio/flexible meeting room space with adjacent kitchenette bar countertop seating for socializing or gathering events such as wine tastings or cooking classes etc.; business center equipped with computers & printers plus conference table & chairs for meetings or private study sessions etc.; game room including billiards table(s), ping pong tables(s) & other gaming equipment etc., dog wash station plus bike storage rooms located near elevators on each residential floor (3rd – 24th).
