**Denholtz Sells Deerfield Beach Office Buildings for $34.5 Million**
Denholtz has completed the sale of two single-story office buildings located in Deerfield Corporate Park, Deerfield Beach, for a total of $34.5 million. The properties include a 70,512-square-foot office building at 602 S. Military Trail and a 76,905-square-foot office building at 776 S. Military Trail. The buyer is Aptos Management.
Cushman & Wakefield represented Denholtz in the transaction, with brokers Scott O’Donnell, Greg Miller, Mike Ciadella, and Miguel Alcivar handling the deal. According to the South Florida Business Journal, the two buildings are currently 88% leased to 26 tenants and underwent significant renovations in 2017.
These assets were previously acquired in 2019 for $27.65 million. The buildings were originally constructed in 1985 and 1986. The property at 602 S. Military Trail spans approximately six acres, while the other covers around 6.9 acres.
