**Davis Companies Appoints Andrea “Andi” Simpson as EVP of Creative, Brand and Communications**
The Davis Companies has announced the appointment of Andrea “Andi” Simpson as Executive Vice President of Creative, Brand and Communications. Based in Boston, Simpson will lead all external communications efforts for the company.
“Andi brings strategic vision and a tremendous depth of experience that is highly valuable as we continue our growth,” said Stephen Davis, President of Davis Companies. “Her experience in guiding external communications and branding significant projects throughout Greater Boston, and beyond, will help Davis advance its portfolio in an increasingly dynamic market and create additional value for our tenants and our investors.”
Prior to joining Davis, Simpson served as Senior Vice President of Creative and Marketing Strategy at Samuels & Associates. In that role, she led the public relations, marketing, and activation teams, with a focus on creativity, communications, and community engagement across the organization. Most notably, she played a pivotal role in the successful launch and phased opening of Lyrik Back Bay, Boston’s first air-rights development in more than four decades.
