Savills, a leading global advisory firm, has announced the appointment of David Lipson as CEO for its North American division. Lipson, who previously served as President for Savills North America since 2021, will take over from Mitchell E. Rudin on January 1st, 2024.

Rudin will continue to be involved with the company as Chairman of North America and a member of the executive board. In his new role, he will provide strategic guidance to the management team while Lipson takes on full responsibility as CEO.

Lipson brings over ten years of experience in growing both client base and staff numbers in his previous role leading Savills’ Washington D.C. practice before becoming President last year.
