Construction is set to begin in September on a new location of the popular arcade and restaurant chain, Dave & Buster’s. The company plans to invest approximately $8 million into its latest venture at the Plaza at Fort Buckner Development in McKinney. This 40,000-square-foot entertainment center is expected to be completed by May 2025.
Dave & Buster’s offers a variety of arcade games and a menu featuring items such as chicken wings and burgers. The Plaza at Fort Buckner will be developed in two phases, with an estimated total of 150,000 square feet dedicated to retail space for restaurants and other businesses. Leading this project is The Seitz Group.
The first phase will include tenants like Cava, Frost Bank, Cold Stone Creamery,Dave’s Hot Chicken,and Einstein Bros.Bagels.The second phase will bring even more exciting options such as CosMc’s,Coco Shrimp,and another Dave & Buster’s location.
This highly anticipated addition to the McKinney retail scene promises endless fun for all ages while also providing job opportunities within the community.
