**Stellar Energy Eyes $80M Factory in Fort Worth for Data Center Cooling Equipment**
Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is exploring the possibility of opening an $80 million manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas, to produce advanced cooling equipment for data centers and other industrial applications.
The proposed factory would occupy a 1.1 million-square-foot facility located at 15060 Blue Mound Road, which is the address of Alliance Westport 24 — the newest speculative industrial building within Hillwood’s expansive 27,000-acre AllianceTexas development.
Known for its turbine inlet air chilling systems used by power and liquefied natural gas companies, Stellar Energy also manufactures modular cooling systems that are essential for maintaining the performance and efficiency of large-scale data centers.
The Fort Worth City Council will review a proposal to grant tax incentives for the project. The company is considering an investment of approximately $34 million in property improvements and an additional $45.5 million in equipment.
The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex continues to be a major hub for data infrastructure, accounting for about 10% of the U.S. data center market — second only to Northern Virginia, according to a 2024 report by CBRE.
