Terry Lynch, Vice President of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, recently facilitated the sale of a 93,911-square-foot building in Chicago to Elite Auto Corporation. The former manufacturing facility will be transformed into a car sales business.
Lynch comments on the positive impact this expansion will have on Chicago’s economy and praises Elite Auto Corporation for utilizing an existing industrial space. The building boasts heavy power and bus ducts from its previous use during World War II and is zoned for industrial purposes with four docks and one drive-in door. Additionally, it offers off-street parking for employees and customers.
Elite Auto Corporation has chosen to expand their successful Logan Square location by establishing themselves in the Galewood neighborhood which provides access to both west side customers as well as those in nearby suburbs. Steve Kohn of Avison Young represented the buyer.
