**Keystone Property Group Advances Dadeland Office-to-Apartment Conversion**

Keystone Property Group is making significant progress on a multi-phase redevelopment project in Dadeland, transforming an existing office complex into residential space. The project is taking place on an 8-acre parcel located at 9500 South Dadeland Boulevard.

The site currently consists of three office buildings totaling 405,462 square feet, along with a parking garage. These structures were originally built between 1972 and 1982.

According to the South Florida Business Journal, Miami-Dade County approved plans in 2022 for a 25-story residential tower with 365 units on the northern portion of the property. Although construction on that phase has not yet begun, work is ongoing in the second phase of the project. This phase includes the conversion of a 145,441-square-foot office building at 9400 Dadeland Boulevard into 121 residential units.

Now, in a newly submitted application, Keystone is seeking approval for the project’s third phase. This involves converting an additional 113,120 square feet of existing office space at 9500 Dadeland Boulevard into 90 residential units. The remaining office buildings on the property are expected to remain in use.

This evolving development reflects an increasing trend in South Florida, where developers are repurposing aging office spaces into much-needed residential housing.
