VertiPorts by Atlantic, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantic Aviation, has selected Cushman & Wakefield as its preferred real estate advisor for the development of air taxi vertiports in major U.S. markets, including California, New York, New Jersey, and Florida. A specialized team based in Los Angeles—led by Mike Condon Jr., Kent Hindes, and Kylie Rawn—will lead the initiative in securing strategic long-term ground leases for vertiport sites designed to support passenger electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) services.
The project is centered on early-stage identification of viable infill land opportunities where vertiports can be developed. Initial site acquisitions are expected to take place by the end of 2025.
