Cushman & Wakefield Secures Over 150,000 SF of Leases at Southdale Office Centre in Edina, MN
Cushman & Wakefield has finalized several new long-term leases totaling more than 150,000 square feet at the Southdale Office Centre, a six-building office campus located along the France Avenue corridor in Edina, Minnesota.
Southdale Pediatrics, a first-time tenant at the property, signed a lease for 38,306 square feet at 6600 France Avenue. This specialty medical outpatient building recently underwent major upgrades to its first and second floor lobbies and common areas, enhancing its appeal to medical tenants.
At the opposite end of the campus, 6800 France Avenue saw continued tenant commitment. Edina Realty renewed its lease for 38,676 square feet, while fashion retailer Evereve doubled its space to 41,113 square feet and extended the length of its lease. Several additional new and renewal lease agreements have also been completed across the campus.
Bill Rothstein, Executive Director, and Eric King, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, represented the property ownership, Wildamere Capital Management and Olympus Ventures, in all lease negotiations.
In addition to improvements made to 6600 and 6800 France Avenue, the buildings at 6700 and 6750 France Avenue are currently undergoing major renovations to further modernize the Southdale Office Centre campus.
