Cushman & Wakefield Brokers $31M Sale of Maryland Industrial Facility
Cushman & Wakefield has announced the sale of the Andrews Industrial Center, a newly constructed, Class A industrial facility located at 9211 Old Pike Way in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The 116,550-square-foot property sold for $31.3 million.
The transaction was handled by Cushman & Wakefield’s Northeast Industrial Advisory Group, which includes Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling, and James Check. The team represented the seller, a joint venture between TPG Angelo Gordon and High Street Logistics Properties.
Completed in 2024, the Andrews Industrial Center offers modern industrial space in a prime location adjacent to Joint Base Andrews. With immediate access to Interstates 495 and 95, the facility provides strategic connectivity throughout the Washington, D.C. metro region. It is currently partially leased to a logistics company.
“Transactions like Andrews Industrial Center underscore the continued depth of investor demand for modern, infill industrial assets in the greater Washington, D.C. region,” said Jonathan Carpenter.
Industry professionals can catch Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, as the keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest, taking place Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois.
