**CTO Realty Growth Sells Plano Mixed-Use Center for $78 Million**
CTO Realty Growth Inc. has announced the sale of The Shops at Legacy North, a prominent 243,000-square-foot mixed-use development located in Plano, Texas. The asset was acquired by Albanese Cormier Management Group for $78 million.
The property was originally purchased by CTO in June 2021 for $72.5 million, equating to approximately $306 per square foot.
Developed in 2007, The Shops at Legacy North spans 12 acres at 7300 Dallas Parkway and includes 121,496 square feet of retail space. Notable dining establishments at the center include Ebb & Flow, The Capital Grille, Mexican Sugar, Café Istanbul, Sakhuu Thai Plano, and Seasons 52. The complex also features approximately 121,000 square feet of office space.
Strategically located just off the Dallas North Tollway and near the Sam Rayburn Tollway and Texas State Route 289, the property is about 23.5 miles north of Downtown Dallas. It is also within two miles of other major retail destinations such as Preston Village Shopping Center and Preston Creek Super Center.
