**Crestview Real Estate Sells Shops at Stone Creek to Westwood Financial**

Crestview Real Estate has completed the sale of the Shops at Stone Creek, a retail center located in Rockwall, Texas, to Westwood Financial. The transaction was brokered by JLL Capital Markets’ Investment Sales and Advisory team, led by Barry Brown and Adam Howells. The Crestview Principals involved in the sale included Staci Bowen, Tim Thompson, and Dalton Stogner.

Developed from the ground up by Crestview in 2009, the shopping center has been under the company’s management and leasing oversight for more than 15 years.

The Shops at Stone Creek spans 80,599 square feet and is currently 100% leased. The center is anchored by a 59,313-square-foot Tom Thumb grocery store, which makes up approximately 73.6% of the property. The tenant mix includes a combination of national and regional brands such as CareNow, Great Clips, Subway, and The UPS Store.

Additionally, the property includes five separate pad sites featuring Tom Thumb, the Tom Thumb fuel station, McDonald’s, Salad and Go, and HTeaO.

The sale marks the end of Crestview’s long-standing stewardship of the asset and a new chapter for the retail center under Westwood Financial’s ownership.
