**Crescent Communities Sells Greensboro Industrial Facility for $23.5M**
Crescent Communities has sold AXIAL Liberty Commerce, a premier industrial facility located in Greensboro, North Carolina, to HVAC company Hoffman & Hoffman for $23.5 million.
The warehouse spans 173,280 square feet and is situated on an 18-acre site. The property features a rear-load design and includes 2,804 square feet of modern speculative office space.
As part of a broader investment strategy, Hoffman & Hoffman secured an incentive package worth up to $2.13 million from the North Carolina Economic Investment Committee in late 2023. In exchange, the company has committed to investing $40 million in the facility by 2029.
Key financial and development partners on the project include First Horizon as the lender, Crescent Communities Construction as the general contractor, and DMA Architecture as the architectural firm.
Crescent Communities was represented in the sale by Jason Ofsanko and Jordan Mitchell of Cushman & Wakefield.
