With 200 rooms available for booking, the hotel also boasts 14,000 square feet of event space. Executive Chefs Preston Paine and Andrew Bell have curated menus for the two on-site restaurants as well as a lobby bar and rooftop bar.
This luxurious hotel is part of a $275 million mixed-use development that includes an apartment complex with 167 units and Class A office space spanning over 168,000 square feet. Notable tenants such as PNC Bank, Satori Capital,and Raymond James are already occupying the offices within this development. Additionally,a Canyon Ranch Wellness Club can be found on site.
