**Crescent Communities Opens Second Atlanta-Area Rental Development**
Crescent Communities has officially opened its second residential project in Covington, Georgia—Render Turner Lake. The announcement follows the recent success of its first venture in the area, Render Covington, which launched earlier this year and is now 90% leased and occupied.
Construction on Render Turner Lake began in 2023, supported by a $44 million loan from Santander Bank. The financing agreement is scheduled to mature in October 2027.
Located at 7900 Kaplan Lane, the new community offers 300 apartment units in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Residences range from 720 to 1,376 square feet and include private balconies or patios for each unit.
Amenities at Render Turner Lake include a resort-style swimming pool, a community garden, and a central “Social Green” featuring a volleyball court and putting green. The development is conveniently situated less than two miles from downtown Covington and is in close proximity to various retail options.
With Render Turner Lake now open, Crescent Communities continues to expand its footprint in the greater Atlanta rental market, signaling strong demand and sustained growth in the region.
