Brooklyn also experienced growth, ranking 21st with 78 spaces (a 5% increase) and 2.14 million sqft of total space (6%) earning it 18th position overall across all markets surveyed by CoworkingCafe’s report for Q2 2020 . The data clearly shows that New York City continues to be at the cutting edge of this rapidly growing industry trend towards shared workspaces for businesses large and small alike.
