Partners Nick Krejci and Noel Liston successfully represented Perla USA in acquiring a newly constructed building spanning over 174,000 square feet located in North Aurora, Illinois. The property was developed by Transwestern and was completed last year.
Brokers Parker Ray and Noel Liston also facilitated the purchase of a newly developed building measuring at 144,000 square feet for Component Plastics Inc. The property is situated in Elgin, Illinois and was built by Seefried Industrial Properties with completion date set for December 2023.
