Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has expanded its multifamily portfolio in South Carolina with the acquisition of Elevate at Brighton Park, a 329-unit apartment community located at 115 Great Lawn Drive in Summerville, near Charleston. The transaction was facilitated by Alex Okulski of Newmark, representing the seller, American Landmark.
Delivered in 2019, Elevate at Brighton Park is currently 94% leased and features 19 three-story residential buildings. The community offers a variety of living options, including traditional garden-style apartments, carriage homes, and townhome units with attached garages. The average unit size is approximately 1,014 square feet.
