**60-Story Atlanta High-Rise Reaches Construction Milestone**
Rockefeller Group has announced the topping out of 1072 West Peachtree, a 60-story mixed-use tower rising in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta. Scheduled for completion in Spring 2026, the development is poised to become the tallest building constructed in Atlanta in over 30 years.
Once completed, the tower will offer a blend of high-end components, including 224,000 square feet of Class A office space spread across eight floors, 357 luxury residential units, and 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residents will enjoy access to a one-acre amenity level that includes an athletic club with strength and cardio training areas, full-service locker rooms, private spa treatment rooms, saunas, frost lockers, and dedicated recovery facilities.
A standout feature of the development is the Sky Garden, which will be the largest outdoor deck in Midtown Atlanta, providing expansive views and recreational space for residents and tenants.
Turner Construction is serving as the general contractor on this landmark project, further signaling its significance within the city’s ongoing development boom.
