Concierge Pediatrics has expanded its footprint in the Tri-State region with a new lease in Bellmore, NY. Colliers arranged a 3,000-square-foot lease for the pediatric practice at 2788 Merrick Rd., adding another location to the company’s growing portfolio of neighborhood-based offices.
The tenant was represented in the transaction by a Colliers team that included Maria Valanzano and Steve D’Orazio, who negotiated on behalf of Concierge Pediatrics. The landlord for the Bellmore property is MK Bellmore Realty LLC.
The new Bellmore site marks Concierge Pediatrics’ fourth practice location. The group currently operates offices in Roslyn and Woodbury, NY, as well as Short Hills, NJ, and the Bellmore lease continues that pattern of regional expansion within the Tri-State area. With this latest addition, the practice extends its presence into Long Island’s South Shore communities.
Founding pediatrician and chief medical officer Dr. Jonathan Jassey highlighted the personal significance of the Bellmore location. He noted that Bellmore is where he first began his career as a pediatrician and emphasized the opportunity to return to the community with a model focused on more personalized pediatric care.
The Bellmore property is situated within a newly developed retail and medical corridor. The surrounding tenant mix includes complementary uses such as a dental clinic and other neighborhood-serving businesses, positioning the site as part of an emerging cluster of health care and service providers.
The lease for Concierge Pediatrics at 2788 Merrick Rd. underscores the practice’s strategy of locating in accessible community settings and expanding across key suburban nodes in the Tri-State region. The Bellmore office will build on the company’s existing locations in Roslyn, Woodbury, and Short Hills while deepening its reach into Long Island’s South Shore.
