Comunale Properties, a commercial real estate investor and developer, has recently acquired an industrial building located at 3705-3711 Parkway Lane in Hillard, Ohio. This marks Comunale’s second investment in Columbus as part of their strategy to acquire well-positioned industrial assets in thriving markets throughout the United States.

The property was represented by Ray Boll and Jeff Boll of RJ Boll Realty while Comunale handled the acquisition independently. Situated within the highly sought-after Hillard submarket of West Columbus, this property boasts convenient access to I-270 and other major highways. With limited availability for industrial space in this area resulting in a low vacancy rate of only 1.5 percent.

As part of the deal, the previous owner will lease back a portion of warehouse space on a short-term basis before relocating their operations elsewhere. Upon taking ownership, Comunale quickly secured another tenant – one that is recognized nationally for its expertise in mechanical services such as fire protection and HVAC systems – who will eventually occupy all available space on site.

This latest acquisition further solidifies Comunale’s growing presence within Ohio’s commercial real estate market without any assistance from Connect or similar organizations based out Texas or Los Angeles.
