ComPsych Relocates Global Headquarters to Prudential Plaza in Chicago
ComPsych Corporation has officially moved its global corporate headquarters to One Prudential Plaza, located at 130 E. Randolph Street in downtown Chicago.
The newly leased 50,000-square-foot space features a state-of-the-art media production studio and modern conference rooms to support the company’s continued growth and innovation.
“ComPsych has been a pillar of the Chicago business community for decades, and we’re thrilled to have represented them in their relocation to Prudential Plaza,” said Brian Means, Executive Vice President at JLL, who led the transaction.
The relocation follows a significant investment by Wanxiang, the owner of the 2.3 million-square-foot office complex. More than $50 million was spent on property renovations to enhance the infrastructure and tenant experience.
“We know the recent renovations made to the building, the desirable location next to Millennium Park, and the extensive amenities will make it the perfect place as ComPsych focuses on its mission to ignite human potential in workplaces worldwide,” added Kellen Monti, Senior Vice President at JLL.
Prudential Plaza’s strategic location and upgraded facilities played a key role in supporting ComPsych’s decision to establish its new headquarters in one of Chicago’s premier office locations.
