Colliers Facilitates Sale of Two Retail Condominiums in Chicago’s Southport Corridor
Chris Irwin of Colliers recently represented MDN Development in the sale of two net-leased retail condominiums located at 3541-43 Southport and 3539 Southport Unit 1S, in Chicago’s Southport Corridor.
Westin Kane of Mid-America Real Estate represented the buyer, JB Realty. The first property, 3541-43 Southport, features a 2,400-square-foot storefront with a 900-square-foot basement and is currently leased to Paper Source. It is situated directly across the street from Anthropologie. The second property, located just a few storefronts away at 3539 Southport, Unit 1S, includes 1,150 square feet of street-level space and a 450-square-foot basement. This unit is currently leased to Third Love, a Leap Brand company, and is also located directly across from Anthropologie.
