Colliers Brokers Sale of Industrial Facility in Maryland
Colliers has successfully completed the exclusive sale of a 44,000-square-foot industrial warehouse located at 8540 Ashwood Drive in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The property includes 1.3 acres of secured industrial outdoor storage.
The warehouse was acquired by The Silverman Group. Colliers’ Vice Presidents Chandler Pace and Dan Gaffey led the transaction, representing the seller, Matan Companies.
Strategically located just inside the Capital Beltway, the asset is fully leased to Foundation Building Materials, a national credit tenant.
“The sale of 8540 Ashwood represents the flight of aggressive capital toward scarce hyper-infill industrial properties,” said Chandler Pace.
