Colliers has added a new team to their North Central region, consisting of Andy Lubinski as vice chair, Aaron Whitmore as associate vice president, Ethan Haglund as senior associate and Just Felix as a transaction manager. With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate and a successful track record of completing transactions exceeding 30 million square feet since 2015, Lubinski will lead the team in multistate site selection, tenant representation and disposition projects.
The focus of this specialized team is on major industrial properties in secondary markets with expertise also extending to food production and climate-controlled warehousing sectors. In addition to these areas, Lubinski will spearhead an initiative aimed at strengthening Colliers’ presence in North Dakota and Iowa.
