Colliers Facilitates $25M Sale of 144-Unit Minnesota Multifamily Property
Colliers has successfully completed the $25 million sale of Birch Grove Estates, a 144-unit multifamily community located at 25749 4th Street West in Zimmerman, Minnesota.
The transaction was managed by a Colliers team that included Executive Vice Presidents Dan Linell, Mox Gunderson, and Adam Haydon, along with Associate Vice President Devon Dvorak.
Built in 2022, Birch Grove Estates comprises a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, totaling approximately 150,000 square feet. The property offers convenient access to U.S. Highway 169 and the Northstar Commuter Rail Line, and is situated about 40 minutes from both Minneapolis and St. Cloud.
“Birch Grove Estates is an attractive asset for several reasons,” said Dan Linell. “Zimmerman is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the northwest Twin Cities metro area, and this opportunity offered immediate cash flow, measurable rent growth upside, and long-term value in a supply-constrained suburban market.”
At the time of sale, the property was 100% occupied.
