Hoffland, LLC has recently sold a former veterinary clinic at 17131 Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon for $2.05 million. Michael Simmons of Norris & Stevens, Inc., based in Portland, represented the seller while Joe Kappler of Macadam Forbes, Inc. represented the buyer.
