Newmark brokers secure 98,000-square-foot lease in San Francisco’s industrial market. The property at 2177 Jerrold Ave., spanning a total of 2.25 acres, was leased to the City of San Francisco for use by the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing.

According to Mark Geisreiter, Aaron Gillespie and Seth McKinnon who represented landlord LB Stone Properties Group, this is reportedly the largest new industrial lease in San Francisco so far this year. Its prime location with easy access to major highways makes it an ideal choice for the city.

The property boasts two buildings totaling 24,455 square feet and a spacious yard measuring at 79,643 square feet. Its strategic positioning as a logistical hub just minutes away from both downtown San Francisco and its airport adds further value.
