**Circuit Board Assembler Doubles Operations in Move to Londonderry**
Newmark has facilitated a new 86,954-square-foot lease at 12 Innovation Way, a light industrial property located in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The lease was signed by Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions (IMS), a circuit board assembly company. Executive Managing Directors Rich Ruggiero, Brian Pinch, and Tyler McGrail represented the landlord, R.J. Kelly, during the lease negotiations.
The new space will allow IMS to double the size of its operations in response to growing demand. The company is relocating from its previous location at 645 Harvey Road in Manchester.

12 Innovation Way is a Class A property designed for office, manufacturing, and light assembly uses. It is strategically located adjacent to Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. Following the IMS lease, the property has 50,000 square feet of warehouse space still available, with the potential for a 70,000-square-foot expansion.
