Chicago-based nonprofit HIRE360 has received a generous $3 million donation from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott. The organization plans to utilize the funds to construct a state-of-the-art Training and Business Development Center.

The first phase of the project will involve renovating 40,000 square feet of the facility, which will include modern conference and meeting spaces, specialized construction training rooms, a cutting-edge solar training center, and office areas. Additionally, the training center will boast two commercial kitchens for hands-on learning experiences as well as retail and event spaces.
