**JLL Names Sarah Wexler as Managing Director**
JLL has appointed Sarah Wexler as Managing Director within its Consumer Goods and Services division. In her new role, Wexler will lead strategic initiatives across the retail and professional services sectors. She brings a wealth of global experience in retail strategy, transformation, and design to the position.
**Daniel Management Group Expands Leadership Team**
Daniel Management Group (DMG) has welcomed Ian Bingham as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Gzim Durakovic as Director of Maintenance. Bingham offers over 27 years of experience in market rate, affordable, and student housing with a particular focus on the Midwest. Durakovic joins from a background in construction and facilities management, strengthening DMG’s leadership in multifamily and mixed-use portfolios.
**NAI Hiffman Appoints Puja Doshi as CFO**
NAI Hiffman has named Puja Doshi, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer. Doshi will lead the firm’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. She brings two decades of financial expertise, most recently serving as Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Leasing Advisory at JLL.
**Cinnaire Names Josh Ghena President of Cinnaire Equity Partners**
Cinnaire has officially appointed Josh Ghena as President of Cinnaire Equity Partners (CEP). Ghena had served as Interim President since June 2025 and assumed sole leadership following Ryan Robinson’s retirement in August 2025. Under his leadership, CEP closed more than $1.8 billion in LIHTC equity over the past three and a half years—supporting the development of 14,501 units of affordable housing in rural and urban communities.
**Matt Stephens Joins Partner Valuation Advisors**
Partner Valuation Advisors has added Matt Stephens as Director, based in St. Louis. Stephens brings over 20 years of experience advising institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices. He has successfully executed more than $5 billion in transactions and advisory work over the last five years. He also serves as the Midwest regional lead for the firm’s National Multifamily Practice and is a member of the National Self-Storage Practice.
**SIOR Chicago Honors Geoffrey Kasselman with Presidents Award**
The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) presented the Richard G. Levy Presidents Award to Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, CEO of Evoke Partners. The award was presented during SIOR Chicago’s Holiday Luncheon by Ryan Moen, the incoming 2025–2026 president of the chapter.

Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Andy Jansen has joined as President of Project & Development Services (PDS), based at the firm’s Chicago headquarters.
