**Harrison Street Expands Global Investor Relations Team**
Harrison Street has announced the expansion of its global investor relations team with two strategic appointments. Penny Christy has been named Global Head of Investor Services, a newly created role where she will lead the investor services function, developing and implementing global best practices. Christy will report to Geoff Regnery, Global Head of Investor Relations, and Jenna Sheehan, Head of Investor Relations – North America.
Additionally, Atsushi Sumitomo has been appointed Director of Investor Relations for the firm’s Tokyo office. He will focus on enhancing relationships with Japanese institutional investors and representing Harrison Street’s global investment strategies. The move underscores the firm’s continued growth and presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
**Cinnaire Names Katey Forth COO Amid Record Fund Closure**
Cinnaire has named Katey Forth as Chief Operating Officer in a key leadership appointment. This announcement comes on the heels of the organization closing its largest Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) fund to date—a $340 million multi-investor fund that will finance 33 developments across 11 states. The projects will create 2,455 affordable housing units, serving more than 5,400 individuals and generating over $844 million in local economic activity. Forth will oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations, including leadership of the Operations and Information Technology teams.
**Greenstone Partners Welcomes Chris Malay as Director, Investment Sales Broker**
Greenstone Partners continues to grow its brokerage team with the addition of Chris Malay as Director, Investment Sales Broker. Licensed since 2016, Malay has facilitated more than $75 million in multifamily transactions across the Chicagoland suburbs. His expertise spans properties ranging from 5 to 100 units, with significant activity in suburban west and north Cook County as well as DuPage County. His areas of focus include communities such as Berwyn, Arlington Heights, Elmhurst, and Wheaton.
**JLL Strengthens Healthcare Services With New Senior Director Hire**
JLL has hired Justin Marcoux as Senior Director of Healthcare Compliance Services within its Healthcare Work Dynamics division. In this role, Marcoux will lead the Healthcare Compliance Services team and focus on providing accreditation support, consulting services, and facility management strategies. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of compliance strategies, as well as the creation of policies, procedures, and support tools to enhance client compliance programs.
